Communications Corps

COMMUNICATIONS CORPS. "For 26 years the CIA trained foreign security forces in 'interrogation'. They supplied US-Military field telephones, a wire fine enough to fit between the teeth and 'know-how'. The telephones supplied an electric current by means of a hand-crank. The wire carried the current into the mouth and out from the genitals. The subject experienced the maximum amount of pain that the human body can register."

- According to John Stockwell, high-ranking CIA defector to "the side of the people". He continues regarding the testimony of a Brazilian woman to a UN Committee:

"She's naked on a table in a room with 5 or 6 men, and they're doing these incredibly painful things to her body, and there's an interruption. The American is called to the phone in the next room, and she can hear the conversation while the others are taking a cigarette-break. And he's saying over the phone, 'Oh hi honey! Yeah, I can wrap it up here in another half-hour. Pick-up the kids and I'll meet you at the ambassador's."
